How can I change my account information?
Click 'My Account' on nevigation bar, then sign in with your registered email and password. Go to ' View or change my account information' to update new information and finish by clicking 'CONTIUNE'.
How can I change my address?
Each time in purchase process, you will be ask to confirm your address, please make sure that address is your recent delivery or mail address. In addition, you enable to edit the address through 'View or change entries in my address book' in 'My Account' and finish by clicking 'Update'.
How can I change my password?
After sign in account, you enable to change the password from 'Change my account password' by entering current password and typing the new one.
How can I find back my password if it forgotten?
Once you forgot the sign in password just click 'Password forgotten? Click here', then type your registered email. A new temporary password will be sent to your email. However, we advice you to change it to your own password after sign in.
How can I modify the products in my shopping cart?
The quatity of each product in your cart is able to modify by typing your expect number under the Qty on the right of list. Then click 'UPDATE' to finish your modifications. You also can tick the remove box on the left of list to delect your selected products and finish by clicking 'UPDATE'.
